Carob fruits grown in the Mediterranean region are carefully collected and produced in vacuum boilers at 65 oC.

The main difference that distinguishes carob extract from molasses is the difference in process method and nutrients.

Our products are produced in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex.

Product content: It is produced from carob fruit.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life: Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. Shelf life is 2 years.
